How does billing work?
I invoice by hours. Retainers are calculated based on estimated hours per month.
Invoicing by hours enables you to upgrade or downgrade the support you need as you see fit and manage your budget with flexibility.
You will receive your invoice on a weekly basis, but payments are due at the end of each month.
What if we don’t fit?
We can stop the collaboration at any time. The audit period is a great way to test the fit before committing to a long-term engagement.
Is the audit mandatory?
No, but it’s highly recommended, especially if your team doesn’t have a senior marketing background. The audit ensures clarity, alignment, and a structured action plan before diving into execution.
Can I have the audit only?
Yes. The audit includes findings and a 6–12 month roadmap that you can implement with your own team, freelancers, or another partner.
How long can I contract your service?
As long as you need. Typical engagements last 6–12 months, but I also work on shorter or longer engagements depending on your stage and goals.
What is the difference between a Fractional CMO and a marketing consultant?
