Build your first marketing system in 6 months. Without the €60K hiring mistake.

Work 1-on-1 with me to build your V1 marketing foundation, positioning, first channel, measurement, and documentation. Structured sprints. Clear handoff. Ready to hire or scale.

They have trusted me with their goals.

The real problem at 0→1

Most startups don’t fail because they lack ideas.
They fail because they execute before deciding.

The €60k mistake: Hiring a marketer before you have a system. They step into chaos, spend months "figuring it out," leave. You're back at zero, minus time and budget.

🧊
Foundation looks mostly intact.
A single signal here is common. It’s usually fixable before it becomes expensive.

Who is this for?

If you already have a marketing team or a GTM engine, this is not the right engagement. See: Fractional CMO support

How it works

The Seedli 0→1 Founding Marketing Program

This is a fixed engagement with a clear operating model.

Duration

6 months (fixed) + clarity sprint

Cadence

Bi-weekly sprints

Format

• 1 working session per sprint
• 1 async decision + review loop

Total

12 sprints. No ambiguity.

Here's exactly what the program look like

Pre-work: Clarity sprint

2-4 weeks

Before the 6-month program starts, we run a 2-week diagnostic to assess your market position, internal marketing operations, and structural readiness.

What's included

Before committing to the full 6-month program, we run a 2-week diagnostic sprint to determine if you’re ready and what needs to be built. I audit your current marketing reality, what exists, what’s broken, what’s missing and map the structural gaps. By the end, you get a clear assessment: are you ready for a full system build, or do you need to fix something else first? This sprint also serves as our working relationship test, if we’re not aligned, we find out in 2 weeks, not 2 months.

Phase 1. Context and direction

Sprints 1–4

  • Objective: Decide what not to do.
  • Decide who you’re for, what you’re saying, and which channel to bet on.
What's included
  • Positioning hierarchy (customers ≠ investors ≠ partners)
  • ICP sequencing (now / next / later)
  • Messaging spine (system, not copywriting)
  • Channel hypotheses (maximum 2)
    Success criteria and decision rules

CHECKPOINT: If there is no clear directional signal, we pause. We do not push execution through unclear foundations.

Phase 2.Signal and system

Sprints 5–8

  • Objective: Prove one channel can work repeatably.
  • Prove the channel works repeatably and document what’s driving results.
What's included
  • Structured experiments on 1 primary + 1 secondary channel
  • Message refinement based on real signal
  • Minimal marketing stack (learning-only, no sprawl)
  • Process documentation built alongside execution

CHECKPOINT: If no repeatable signal exists, we stop expansion, not effort.

Phase 3. Independence and transition

Sprints 9-12

  • Objective: Remove me from the system.
  • Remove myself from the system so marketing runs without you.
What's included
  • Full marketing documentation
  • Team training or hiring roadmap
  • Transition planning
  • 30-day post-handoff support

After 6 months you choose one path

Option 1. Scale to Fractional CMO

I stay, but shift from build to optimize. 1-3 days/week ongoing leadership.

Option 2: Hire internally

I support onboarding, handoff documentation, and first 30 days.
