The challenge

As Head of Social Media, I was tasked with leading the social media rollout of Mantu’s rebranding initiative. The challenge was to present the group and its multiple sub-brands clearly and consistently across platforms. The primary goal was to ensure all stakeholders, internal and external, understood the new brand story, the breadth of services, and how Mantu’s ecosystem of brands could serve clients from multiple perspectives.


The solution

I led the strategic comms and rollout of Mantu’s global rebranding. This included:

  • Defining the messaging architecture to unify sub-brands
  • Articulating Mantu’s unique ecosystem model
  • Creating launch campaigns and internal storytelling content
  • Supporting executive leadership in communicating the vision
  • Simplifying messaging for clarity across audiences and geographies
  • Using storytelling frameworks to create emotional connection and engagement on social channels
