The client’s leadership team struggled to gain a clear, real-time, and global overview of active projects, timelines, milestones, and the ecosystem of partners by geography. Each national team operated on their own systems, collecting different types of information, which made cross-team alignment extremely difficult. The lack of a unified approach meant updates were manual, time-consuming, and inconsistent, making it nearly impossible for leadership to assess progress or for newcomers to onboard efficiently.

I built a global project management system operating across functions and geographies using Monday.com:
