Established in-house social media operations across global brand portfolio

Created and scaled a full-service department to support paid and organic content for 6 internal brand.

The organization

MantuPrivate Consulting Group – Global | 10,000+ employees | Present in 60+ countries | 1,500+ external clients | €1B revenue

The challenge

Mantu’s internal brands needed centralized social media support. With only a one-person team, the company lacked a structured function to meet strategic and operational needs across 60+ countries.

The solution

I pitched, launched, and led the creation of a centralized social media department to serve the group’s B2B and B2C brands, including SaaS, events, and marketplace businesses, among others:

  • Defined team structure, roadmap, and service offering for brand partners
  • Hired and trained an international team to deliver consistent output
  • Implemented content systems and processes to streamline delivery
  • Developed reporting models to track engagement and brand equity
  • Partnered with HR and recruitment teams to align marketing initiatives with hiring objectives and strengthen the company’s employer brand
  • Launched a fully functional department in under 12 months
  • Developed a clear service offering and internal collaboration model
  • Enabled alignment and support across 6 B2B/B2C brands globally
  • Scaled content ops across paid and organic channels

Highlights

  • Demonstrated intrapreneurship within a large corporate structure
  • Built a scalable in-house agency model within a global organization
  • Proved the strategic value of structured brand support at scale
  • Elevated social from tactical execution to strategic brand pillar
