Hi! I'm Justineđź‘‹
For the last 7+ years, I’ve worked across startups, nonprofits, and SMBs in Europe and North America.
I started out testing every channel, organic, paid, partnerships, community, and became a full-stack marketer who understands how growth actually works in the real world, not just on paper.
I’ve intentionally worked across different industries and team sizes because I like the unknown.
New markets, new products, complex operations, these environments force you to learn fast, adapt faster, and stay resilient. I like challenges that make you think at night.
Today, I help organizations that are growing, but need structure and leadership:

CRM, email marketing, social media management, social listening, automation, dashboards, GDPR-safe systems, and more.

Simple principles that make projects move faster, not slower.
Aim high. Build big
If you want ambitious results, you need ambitious goals. I’d rather aim high and learn than play small and stay stuck.
Respectful collaboration
I show up prepared, invested, and respectful of people’s time and expertise, and I expect the same in return. Great work requires partnership, not ego.
Transparency over politics
No guessing, no sugar-coating. You’ll always know where things stand, what’s working, and what isn’t. I believe clarity builds trust and speed.
Ship fast. Learn faster
Marketing should move. I’d rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfection. Mistakes are part of progress, as long as we learn and adjust.

I keep my work rooted in what actually works today, not what used to work.
I study modern marketing systems, automation, product-led growth, and AI-powered workflows. I regularly train, experiment, and share what I learn through my tools and resources.

My story briefly.
I’m from Lille, in northern France, but Spain quickly became home. I first came for an Erasmus exchange in Valladolid, fell in love with the country, and moved back after completing my Master’s in International Marketing at IAE Lille. Since then, I’ve lived in Barcelona, Valencia, and now Bilbao, in the beautiful Basque Country.
When I’m not building marketing systems or exploring new tools and marketing strategies, you’ll find me walking my dogs on the coast, biking with my partner, or having a pincho with friends. I love nature, slow living, reading, painting, and learning new things.
That’s why I’m drawn to mission-driven organizations and businesses working toward a more sustainable, thoughtful future. I like helping teams that make the world better, not louder.
